Is there a way to make mobile application with the RAD Studio?

I don't downloaded Studio yet, but about 2 years ago I read an article at borland.com that they works on Delphi or some addon for Delphi (I don't rememer) that can generate applications for .NET Compact Framework. In the meanwhile (till I receive RAD Studio) you are convict to use Micro$oft Visual Studio Pro.

you can use native embeded c++
