How about Crt32 and Win32Crt from Ziegler ?

Neither CRT32 nor WinCRT32 is part of the Collection package. However, both units are required solely for building Console Applications (a little bit outdated, isn't it?).

In addition, WinCRT32 source has not been given to public release, i.e. it is even not available for cash, at all, though the compiled unit is distributed for free.

With respect to CRT32, I don't have that one from Ziegler (DK). But there exist several corresponding emulations independently developed for Delphi with their published source codes freely available elsewhere (e.g. h**p://www.tenzor.cz/shine/crt32/CRT32.pas, h**p://delphiexamples.info/1049_crt_unit_use.html).

Для нормальной установки компонентов в Дельфи 2007 нужно подправить в файле tmsexd2007.dpk:

{$IMPLICITBUILD ON}

на

{$IMPLICITBUILD OFF}

Иначе будет выдаваться ошибка:

E2466 Never-build package requires always-build package
