- bugfix: AV or crash, when <select '' from..> is executed and database parameter szUNICODESTRING is equal True (PostgreSQL)
- bugfix: table indexes are requested even if it is not necessary (TSDTable.DefaultIndex=False and IndexName='' and UpdateMode=upWhereAll)
