На данный момент это лучшие компоненты для работы с сетью:
полностью неблокирующий режим работы на событиях, многопоточный сервер.
Кому не нужна поддержка экзотики типа компиляции x64 кода, IPv6, FireMonkey, качайте ICS-V7 Gold.
Эта ветвь изначальная и поддерживается параллельно, а восьмая сделана специально для внесения этой поддержки.

ICS components are best net support for RAD Studio. They are free to use and always available on official developer's site
ICS-V8 is a new brench with support of x64, IPv6, and FireMonkey.
If you dont need this, use ICS-V7.
Its more lightweight and seems more reliable, developers continue its support as well.
