i've been using quickreport since around 20 years ago upto now. lately i've noticed lots of delphi developers are using fastreport. i think fastreport is more powerful than quickreport. is it easy to learn fastreport? i need to use a reporting tool where my clients can alter the fonts sizes of the reports generated by my apps. this is called post-report editing. does quickreport/fastreport support this?

FastReport is powerfull than QuickReport, but is for ones and not another!
But really is powerfull!
  • You can customize reports and send to your customers, by send it the "files fastreport customized"
  • You can allow your customers changes your files reports by local editor
  • FastReport is ready to VCL / FMX / .NET projects

thanks for providing feedback to my queries. i will now study fast report, and shift my previous applications from quickreport to fast report. by the way, i can see fast report already in delphi 10. i understand it is the fastreport for embarcadero edition. if i got the fastreport pro, should i just install it? or should i uninstall the fastreport embarcadero edition first before installing the pro edition?
